Asbury Park, NJ

Asbury Park is a city located on the  Jersey Shore. It has a rich musical heritage and is known as one of the top beaches in New Jersey. It was one of the first locations in NJ to have a boardwalk and has been noted as a resort community since the 1870's. Asbury Park still boasts an active nightlife, mostly centered around rock music, with many famous clubs and artisits.

Asbury Park is going through an economic and cultural revival. The downtown areas are being revitalized, and many areas that overlook the beach and boardwalk are scheduled for massive reconstruction. Most of the residential condos are in older buildings, many of the buildings were converted from other uses - however, there are a few buildings of newer construction.

The condos in Asbury Park are not in typical complexes, rather they are a few condos in a single building. Many are multi-story buildings offering a fantastic view of the Atlantic Ocean and the beach.

The school system is Asbury Park Public Schools.
